About Us

AGRANI SKILL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY SEONI is a registered Society established in June 2019 under the Madhya Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 1973. This Society is supported by a group of like-minded social workers who were working in the fields of basic health, old age, education environmental protection, poor children help and human rights. Food processing, Rural Development & Poverty Alleviation Woman‟s Development & Empowerment, HIV/AIDS, Micro Small & Medium Enterprises, Nutrition, Panchayati Raj, Sports, Vocational Training. The organization has begun with very limited resources including manpower.

I am Sunil S/o Ojha, Village, Tawadi, District Betul. I have taken Training under the Green India Mission From Forest Department Two Wheeler Bike Repairing by NGO Agrani Skill Development Society Seoni.” The trainers gave us full knowledge of every part of bike and their functions. After taking one month training I started my own shop at Bhimpur Village. As on date, am earning 800 to 1000 per day. Thanks to all people who have supported me in starting my own workshop

Training on Tailoring - Macrame

My Self Sarita, Village Thanaelhana, Dist. Bhimpur, Betul In my village Forest Department conducted training programme under Green India Mission Partner NGO Agrani Skill Development Society Seoni M.P My friends and I took macrame traming. Training on JCB Operator

I am Suraj S/O Joggi Village Jamundhana Tehsil Shahpur District Betul. I took the training of JCB operator Under Green India Mission Programme with the help of Forest Department M.P. Government Training Partners NGO Agrani Skill Development Society Seoni. In the training we got all basic information about the functions of JCB and understood the operation of JCB in all conditions. Now I am looking for a job in the same sector. I hope I get placed in a good company. Mobile no. 9755749528

Training of Sewing Machine

In this Training, we trained girls on an automatic sewing machine at our starting point Awaliya District, Khandwa under the tribal Department they work, with the support Department of Forest M.P. Govt.
After this training, we have placed 179 out of 519 girls trained in M/S SHAHI EXPORTS PVT. LTD. BANGALORE, in KARNATAKA State. In our boy’s training, we gave them machine operator and security guard training. 379 out of 720 boys were placed at Vardhaman Febria Budhni & Mandideep Plant Ltd. company.

Training on LMV

I am Rahul S/O Ashok Living at Semalpura Village Tehsil Shahpur District Betul. Mobile no. 6265041198. The department of Forest M.P. Government gave us Training under Green India Mission through NGO Agrani Skill Society Seoni M.P. They trained us in LMV Driving Training with rules and regulations about the road. Nearly 30 members were taught road laws and driving. We had 45 days of practical training after that we got our learning license followed by a permanent license without any fees. Now I have a jeep for my travel, I take tour bookings every alternate day. My earnings range 12,000/- to 15,000/- every month.

After taking one month Training I started my own shop at Bhimpur Village. I am eloign servicing and repairing with full confidence also having same parts for repairing oil & other. Me and My all friends taken a Training for Tailoring work of Macramé Work. In Macramé Work we understand how we stand good earning affair making latest designs of Macramé like Mirror, Flower Pots, Wall Hanging it earns the Trainer giving us full information about the product and market Selling of product She given us good ideals for selling in Tailoring we all Trainers for Shirt, Pant, Blouse, Salwar Suit by well Trained Trainers by NGO.
I am doing my own work at home and I am earning almost monthly 10,000/- to 12,000/- I worked in some NGO as Assistant Trainers Near my village if I got another chance for Job I definitely join the same.

Sir I am Taken Training of JCB operator Under Green India Mission Programme with the help of Forest Department M.P. Government Training Partners NGO Agrani Skill Development Society Seoni.

In Training we got all basic information about the Functions of JCB also we
understand the operation of JCB in all conditions on rules of road.

Now I am looking good job for that NGO members promise us they giving us a
good placement in the same sector in coming days, I hope they fulfill my requirement for job in a good place it’s my confidence.

At last we want to give our NGO Performance since 2016 we started Training Programme for girls & boys. For girls, we started Sewing Operator. In this Training, we trained girls on automatic sewing machine at our starting point Awaliya District, Khandwa under tribal Department they work. With the support Department of Forest M.P. Govt.

It was a good experience for out all team members regarding giving performed training conducted. After this training we have a placement that was 519 girls are trained out off that we place almost 179 girls at M/S SHAHI EXPORTS PVT. LTD. BANGALORE, in KARNATAKA State.
In our Boys training we give them machine operator & Security guard Training that was good experience for us 720 boys trained out off that 379 boys are place for Ltd. company. VARDHAMAN Febria Budhni & Mandideep Plant.

Now we are earning almost 10 to 12 Distrct in M.P. State for Training and Microplan Again we started they placement prosses we plan 67 Boys and almost 25 to 30 girls nearby company Vardhman Febria Budhni nearby their native place.
